During the production process of tempered glass in the tempering furnace, it undergoes cutting, edge grinding, cleaning, tempering, and homogenization processes. How to achieve uniformity and transparency? The following precautions need to be noted:
1. Ensure that all blowing holes in the air grille of the quenching section of the tempering furnace are unobstructed and transparent.
2. Ensure that the air ducts of the upper and lower air grilles are free from damage, air leakage, and wrinkles, especially the air ducts of the lower air grilles. Before production, the accumulated broken glass slag on the air ducts of the lower air grilles should be cleaned.
3. Ensure that the gaps between the aramid ropes wrapped around the air-cooled roller track are consistent. After heating, when the glass is transferred to the air-cooled section, the air-cooled section roller also has thermal conductivity. The contact area between the glass and the roller is quickly cooled. If the gap between the aramid ropes wrapped around the air-cooled section roller is not consistent, it will also cause uneven cooling of the glass.
4. The size of the hole diameter of the upper and lower air grilles in the air cooling section should be consistent, and the surface of the hole wall of the air grille should be smooth and free of metal burrs. If there are rough metal burrs on the wall of the air hole, the degree of blown air will be blocked, and it will also affect the uniform cooling of the glass.
